I want to let you know about some upcoming opportunities to weigh in on the zoning overhaul. In addition to these two pubic hearing dates I’m setting up a public meeting with City staff to address specific zoning questions and concerns for residents of Ward 4. Once I have the meeting date set I will let you know the details. It is likely to be the weekend of the 24th. In the meantime please feel free email comments on the proposed zoning directly to me at AldermanClingan@gmail.com.
